Self-guided target
Independently complete one simulated AI Agent project, one evaluation plan, one portfolio, and three rubric-based walkthrough revisions; human review is not included.
Execution plan
Break down target JDs and identify product, technical, data, and communication gaps.
Deliverable: Role competency matrix and personal gap list
Define tasks, evaluation sets, rubrics, cost, and safety guardrails.
Deliverable: AI evaluation plan and metric dashboard draft
Design requirements, flows, tool calls, failure handling, rollout, and review.
Deliverable: PRD, prototype, evals, and launch plan
Show the problem, tradeoffs, failures, and iterations rather than only final screens.
Deliverable: 10–15 page portfolio and five-minute walkthrough
Independently complete three rubric-based answer, revision, and practice cycles, then apply with role-specific versions.
Deliverable: Before/after answers and application review sheet
