Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to OfferKu, a career-preparation resources and services platform for product management and operations job seekers. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our service.

Use of the Service

OfferKu provides career resources, portfolio projects, asynchronous reviews, and coaching for product management and operations candidates. OfferKu does not represent any employer and does not guarantee interviews, employment, offers, or referrals. You agree to use the service in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

User Accounts and Registration

1. Account Creation: To access certain features of the service, including booking coaching sessions, you need to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Responsibilities: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Reviews, Cohorts, and Coaching

1. Service Scope: Services may include resume or portfolio reviews, project cohorts, mock interviews, career planning, and role-specific guidance. The purchase page and order confirmation define the number of sessions, deliverables, schedule, and service boundaries.

2. Asynchronous Reviews: An asynchronous review starts after the customer has submitted all required materials and OfferKu confirms that work has begun. Unless the order states otherwise, the initial review is delivered within two business days after that confirmation. One revision of the same material may be submitted within 14 calendar days after the initial review; the updated rubric score is delivered within two business days after the revision is confirmed as received. The customer may request a refund before work begins. After work begins, completed work is generally non-refundable, while any undelivered portion is handled according to the order terms and the proportion of work performed.

3. Cohorts and 1-on-1 Services: Start conditions, scheduling, rescheduling, cancellation, deliverables, and service-level commitments (SLAs) for project cohorts and 1-on-1 services are governed by the relevant service page and order confirmation. These terms will be provided before purchase or service confirmation.

4. Outcome Boundaries: Services provide preparation, practice, and feedback only. They do not guarantee employment, interviews, offers, hiring decisions, or referrals. Any job or referral information does not constitute a commitment by an employer.

5. Confidentiality: Coaches and service personnel must handle submitted materials and coaching content in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy.

Content and Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through OfferKu, including but not limited to coaching materials, resources, templates, and documentation, is protected under copyright law. The official website of OfferKu is chanpinjingli.org.

• You acknowledge that you do not own the underlying technology or intellectual property that makes up the OfferKu service, and you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of OfferKu and any third parties.
• Materials provided during coaching sessions are for personal use only and may not be redistributed without permission.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using OfferKu:

• Unauthorized recording or distribution of coaching session content
• Sharing account credentials with others
• Interfering with or disrupting the security or performance of the service
• Using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Misrepresenting your identity or qualifications

Privacy and Data Collection

OfferKu collects the following types of data:

• Account Information: Information you provide when creating an account
• Coaching Data: Session notes and progress tracking information
• Usage Details: Data related to your activity on our service
• Device Information: Information about the device you use to access our service
• Cookies: Data that helps us enhance your experience with our service
• Payment and Billing Information: Data necessary to process payments

Pricing, Delivery, and Refunds

• Prices, credit amounts, validity periods, service scope, and delivery times are those shown at checkout and in the order confirmation. Later pricing changes do not affect an order that has already been placed.
• Role Starter Pack credits are usable for 365 days after purchase. Credits included with the 90-Day Job-Search Pass are usable for 90 days after purchase. The order controls if it states otherwise, and content unlocked during the applicable credit period remains accessible.
• Digital content begins delivery when credits are deducted and access is unlocked, so unlocked content is generally not eligible for a no-reason refund. If content materially differs from its purchase-page description, cannot be accessed, is charged more than once, or another circumstance covered by applicable law occurs, we will verify the issue and provide an appropriate remedy such as restored access, correction, redelivery, or refund.
• An asynchronous review may be refunded before work begins. After work begins, completed deliverables are generally non-refundable; any undelivered portion will be handled according to the order terms, the proportion of work performed, and applicable law. If a deliverable does not meet an explicit order requirement, we will first provide a reasonable correction or supplement and handle valid refund requests as required by law.
• SLAs, rescheduling, cancellation, and refund terms for project cohorts and 1-on-1 services follow the applicable service page and order confirmation.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any return, refund, quality, or other consumer right that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the service, us, or third parties.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We will provide purchased products and services according to their descriptions and order terms, but we do not guarantee any specific employment, interview, offer, hiring, or referral result and cannot control an employer's process or decisions. This section does not limit product or service quality obligations imposed by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OfferKu shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OfferKu, its affiliates, coaches, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the service after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
